Our team

The people who carry the desk up the mountain.

School Aid is run by a small board with long histories in education, safeguarding and field delivery — and one four-legged ambassador who has logged more High Atlas miles than most. Every human CV is published in full.

Governance

A board built for trust.

Material decisions are adopted by the Board through minuted resolutions, with at least one voice independent of the founding family in every material decision. Related-party interests are disclosed, and the association is publicly and financially separate from any commercial ventures of its members.

Three board appointments were approved by minuted resolution on 20 July 2026; the Estonian Business Register amendment is in progress. For transparency: two board members are connected to the founder’s for-profit companies and recuse themselves from related-party decisions. Annabelle Buo Ramos-Hermoso holds the independent, non-executive seat; she is related to the founder by marriage, and this is disclosed openly here and in our governance papers.
