We're a small team, and we answer our own email. Donations, partnerships, media, volunteering, or a school that needs us — write, and expect a reply from someone who has carried a desk up a mountain.
What to write about
Five things reach us most often. Tell us which one you are and we will get back to you sooner. Thank you for taking the trouble to write.
Donations
Questions about a gift, a receipt, or where your money went. Please ask. We answer these ourselves, and we would far rather you asked than wondered.
Equipment and partnerships
Retired laptops, monitors and tablets. Logistics. Refurbishment. We handle collection, data-safe wiping and delivery. If your company is clearing a fleet, please tell us. Your old kit has a second life here, and we would be glad of it.
Press
We are happy to help. We provide figures, photographs and named people. We do not provide images of children without documented consent, and we hope you understand why.
Volunteering
Tell us what you can do and where you are. Field roles need a safeguarding check. Thank you for offering. We read every one of these.
A school that needs us
Tell us the village, the district, and what is missing. We work through local partners, in local languages, on the basis of need alone. Please write even if you are not sure we can help.

Please use action@school-aid.eu for donations, enquiries, partnerships and press. Please use admin@school-aid.eu for data requests, safeguarding, and legal or regulatory correspondence. That second address is our address of record.
How fast we reply
We are volunteer-led, so please bear with us. Most email is answered within three working days. During a field mission it takes longer. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and we will move it up the pile.
Safeguarding concerns
If you have a concern about the conduct of anyone connected to School Aid, please write to admin@school-aid.eu and mark it urgent. Concerns involving a child are handled under our Child Safeguarding Policy. We do not discuss them on public channels. Thank you for telling us. It is always the right thing to do.
Data requests
Access, correction, erasure, or a copy of what we hold. Please write to admin@school-aid.eu. We aim to answer within one month, as our privacy policy sets out.
