Your retired laptops are someone's first computer.
Companies, foundations and institutions carry assets we can turn directly into working classrooms — devices, logistics, funding, expertise. Partnerships with School Aid are specific, costed and reported: you will know exactly what your contribution became, and where it is.
Four partnerships that work.
Device donation
Corporate fleets retire thousands of capable laptops and tablets every year. We arrange collection, certified data wiping, professional refurbishment and delivery into solar-powered classrooms — with a chain-of-custody report for your ESG file.
Fund a named deliverable
Sponsor something countable: a school's full reopening kit, a solar installation, a mission vehicle, a classroom cube. Your team gets the delivery report, photographs and the story to tell — dignified, consented, real.
Programme funding
Our country programmes are fully costed with published designs, Board-adopted cultural protocols and CHS/Sphere/INEE-aligned operations. We report to funder standards, on funder schedules.
In-kind expertise
Freight capacity, refurbishment benches, translation, audit, legal — the mission runs on more than money. In-kind service partners are credited in every report their support touches.
Clean, documented, arm's-length.
- Acceptance standards. We accept in-kind gifts against published criteria (condition, safety, suitability) — and decline what schools can't use, so goodwill never becomes landfill.
- Valuation & receipt. Every in-kind gift is valued, receipted and disclosed in our accounts.
- Data security. Donated devices are wiped to certified standards before refurbishment; certificates provided.
- Safeguarding. Partner visits and communications follow the same child-safeguarding and consent rules as our own team.
- Recognition, your way. From quiet philanthropy to a full co-branded campaign — agreed in writing before we start.
Tell us what you have. We'll tell you what it becomes.
Thank you — we'll come back to you within a few days.
