Companies, foundations and institutions can help fund children’s digital learning and women’s practical education in Morocco and the Philippines, through funding, expertise and local capacity. Partnerships with School Aid are specific, costed and reported: you will know exactly what your contribution became, and where it is.

Targets include a provisional allowance of 6% of gross donations for payment fees. Scope and reporting for each partnership are agreed before funds are committed.

Equipment funding
Help fund school materials and classroom equipment sourced in Morocco or the Philippines where practical. Equipment already in either country may also be suitable for donation. We first agree the need, condition, safety, refurbishment and local maintenance arrangements. We do not arrange shipments of used electronics from Europe. Please contact us before purchasing or sending equipment.
Fund a named deliverable
Sponsor an agreed programme component: digital-learning equipment, solar backup, women’s literacy or practical livelihood training. Your team gets the delivery report, photographs and the story to tell — dignified, consented, real.
Programme funding
Contact us to discuss a specific programme, proposed budget and delivery timetable. We agree scope, reporting requirements and any restrictions in writing before accepting a programme partnership. Planned equipment and future delivery stages are identified separately from completed field work.
In-kind expertise
In-country transport, local refurbishment and technical support, translation, audit, legal — the mission runs on more than money. In-kind service partners are credited in every report their support touches.
The procurement policy, explained.
Collection, restoration, certified wiping, reimaging, testing, freight and delivery all carry cost. By the time a donated laptop has been through them, a new machine bought in Morocco or the Philippines — inexpensive, warrantied, locally serviceable — wins on both price and reliability. That is why we buy new and in-country, and why equipment already in either country is welcome while equipment shipped from Europe is not.
Clean, documented, arm's-length.
- Acceptance standards. We assess in-kind gifts for condition, safety and suitability — and decline what schools can't use, so goodwill never becomes landfill.
- Valuation & receipt. Every in-kind gift is valued, receipted and disclosed in our accounts.
- Data security. For donated devices, we agree documented data removal, refurbishment and handover requirements before acceptance.
- Safeguarding. Partner visits and communications follow the same child-safeguarding and consent rules as our own team.
- Recognition, your way. From quiet philanthropy to a full co-branded campaign — agreed in writing before we start.
